What we collect
When you order we keep your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We need these to send the parcel, answer your questions and keep the accounting records the law requires.
Card details
Card numbers are entered into a secure payment form run by our payment provider. They never pass through or rest on our own systems.
Who else sees it
Only the courier carrying your parcel and the provider taking your payment. We do not sell or rent customer details, and we send no marketing unless you ask for it.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies it needs to keep your basket and complete checkout. There is no advertising tracking.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@nuvonlines.store.
