Changed your mind?
You can cancel an order and send the kit back within 14 days of the day it arrives, for any reason, and we will refund the price you paid for it.
How to send something back
Email support@nuvonlines.store with your order number and a list of what is coming back. We will reply with the returns address. Kit should be unused, clean and in its original packaging, with any tags still on.
Refund timing
Once the parcel reaches us we check it and refund to the card you paid with, normally within five working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If something turns up broken, or fails in normal use, tell us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including what it cost you to post it back.
