Where we send parcels
Vion Outdoors posts to addresses in the United Kingdom and in Australia. Postage is included in the price you see, so there is no delivery charge to add at checkout, whatever the size of the order.
Dispatch
Orders that reach us by 2pm UK time on a working day are boxed and handed to the courier the same afternoon. Later orders, and anything placed on a weekend or bank holiday, go out the next working day.
Delivery times
- England, Wales and lowland Scotland: usually two to three working days.
- Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands: allow up to five working days.
- Australia: usually seven to twelve working days, tracked all the way.
Tracking a parcel
A tracking reference is emailed to you once the courier has scanned the box. Shelters and cook sets travel in larger boxes, so please give a street address rather than a parcel locker for those.
Tracking stuck for five working days? Email support@nuvonlines.store with your order number and we will raise it with the courier for you.
