The terms of sale
These terms cover anything you buy from Vion Outdoors through this website.
Placing an order
Checking out sends us an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm the order. If an item sells out before we can send it, we tell you straight away and refund that item.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include delivery. Your card is charged when the order is placed. If a card issuer outside the UK converts the amount into another currency, that conversion and any fee it charges are set by the issuer, not by us.
If we make a pricing mistake
Where a price is plainly wrong we will contact you before anything is sent and you can choose to cancel.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. The kit becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your rights under consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.
